This sweater crewneck was made from a beautiful tapestry blanket that featured two ballerina dancers.
Because of the fringe and lack of wrist cuffs, the sleeves tend to be somewhat shorter than other sweatshirts, (size reference below). They seem to be inbetween a 3/4 sleeve and a long sleeve. The open ended sleeves allows for a comfortable loose fit that meets at the waist fringe.
The waist of the sweatshirt features a white elastic band in the back. This elastic helps regulate the range of the width of the waist.
two denim stars are appliqués on the sweatshirt. They are not only decoration, but they functionally cover a couple of snags/wear on the blanket. The sweater still has a couple of snags and normal wear throughout the fabric, an example of this is featured in the last photo.
