This tote bag gives aged fabric a modernized look. Green and tan stripes run horizontally on this bag with distressed wear and marks. When looking up close in photos, you can see there are small spots, line marks, and leaked dye splotches throughout that are present. While some may consider these imperfections, I think it adds character to the vintage fabric. The bag is lined with a soft brown corduroy to provide a nice finish, and can be turned inside out for a reversable look.
Fun-fact, this fabric came to me as a result of years of storage in my grandmothers attic. Now, this canvas gets to see the light of day. This tote bag was also the same tote bag that I made in my “how-to make a tote bag tutorial” on TikTok.
